Nonviolent Communication Deepening Practice

Location: Spiritual Retreat Center at Guronys, Lithuania
The seminar will be in English with translation into Lithuanian.
We can make life more beautiful in our societies, families and ourselves through compassionate dialogue, and this will be our main focus in this workshop. Nonviolent Communication offers a path, concrete steps and awareness of how to do this. We learn to be empathetic to ourselves and others in order to connect with the different qualities of life energy (needs, values, desires). We learn to speak and listen from that inner empathic space through dialogue, more vulnerable and open. We have a clear intention to connect and communicate about the things that really matter to us.
We will learn through role-plays to improve our practical dialogue skills in communicating, using our strengths and supporting our weaknesses in an atmosphere of loving-kindness and emotional safety. We will also use other practices: from individual to small group and whole group practices. We will also take care of our physical well-being: empathetic walks, taking time to integrate our learning in silence or practicing journaling, meditation and prayer.
We hope that these days will be meaningful, joyful, and relaxing for our minds and bodies.

- Please arrive between 8.30 and 9.20 so we can all start together at 9.30.
- Participants are required to have 3 days of Nonviolent Communication practice.
- We will not record any recordings, as NVC learning is done through personal experience and by creating a safe environment for everyone. Please register only if you agree to this.
