Nonviolent Communication (NC) was developed by American psychologist Dr. Marshall Rosenberg. His teaching is used to resolve conflicts peacefully and find connection with each person.
In the seminar, you will learn the principles of NC and gain experience in applying them in various life situations. You will become familiar with the components of the NC model and tools for creating mutual connection. This will help you be more conscious in choosing where to focus your attention and what words – bringing together or separating – to use in communication.
We will practice communication that supports an atmosphere of safety, trust, mature respect, compassion, and engaging and interesting learning.
Working methods: theoretical introductions, case demonstrations, time for personal reflection, group work, sharing of experiences, role-playing.
